- All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- All returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.

- Non-Returnable If Installed: Once the Bella Cascata system has been installed or hooked up, it cannot be returned for a refund, regardless of condition.
- This applies to all installations, even if temporary or partial.
- Eligible for Return (if unopened/uninstalled):
- If the unit has not been installed and is in like-new condition with original packaging, it may be returned within the return window.
- The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
- Warranty Coverage:
- Issues discovered after installation are handled through our Limited Warranty and do not qualify as a return. Please refer to the Warranty Policy below for coverage details.

The Bella Cascata system is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are separate from return requests.
