Thank you for visiting and shopping at Natura Water. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
 Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
  • Natura Water is liable for products lost during shipping, prior to delivery by the common carrier.
  • We are not liable for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please first check with your local carrier or neighbors. If it cannot be found, contact us at info@NaturaWater.com and we will do our best to assist you.
For items damaged during shipping:
  • Please take photographs of the damage and the packaging.
  • Retain all original packaging materials.
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery to file a claim.
